For You (1998) Table, magnifying boxes, text, installation at SF State University

For You examines the experience of the "Other." Fragments of text placed inside magnifying boxes are used to piece together and build the conflicting thoughts and emotions that can accompany the position of one being objectified - repulsion, attraction, fear, power, dependence, indifference etc.
