 Softwear Series: Screw (1996) 1" x 7", tool, moleskin, thread The Softwear Series explored the concepts of safety, security, and gender. The series featured traditionally masculine (hammer, screwdriver, pliers) and feminine (eyelash curler, tweezers, nail file) tools swaddled and sewn in soft, fuzzy, flesh-toned moleskin.
